• Open the email containing your MUSE Gift Card
• In-store: Select any Muse brand by visiting https://giftcards.experience-muse.com/en-sa/redeem
• Online: Please visit https://sa.loccitane.com/homepage?lang=en_SA
• Customer logs on to the website.
• Select the products required.
• At the checkout page enter the Gift card code and Click Submit
• Complete your purchase and enjoy shopping and collecting points with MUSE.

Terms and Conditions:

• L'OCCITANE is a participating brand in the MUSE Gift Card and Loyalty Program.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, after which they expire automatically. No extensions to the expiry date will be granted under any circumstances. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.
• eGift Cards may be redeemed at both physical retail stores and online channels of participating MUSE brands located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as detailed below.
• eGift Cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards, to pay for cash-on-delivery orders, or to acquire products or services excluded at MUSE’s sole discretion. eGift Card balances cannot be transferred, merged, or consolidated with other eGift Cards.
• Card holders may check the remaining eGift Card balance at https://giftcards.experience-muse.com/en-sa/balenq
or by contacting MUSE Customer Care at 8001111349.
• When making a purchase, the transaction amount will be deducted from the available eGift Card balance. If the purchase amount is less than the card value, the remaining balance will be retained and may be used in future transactions. If the purchase exceeds the available balance, the user must pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
• Where an eGift Card was used for the original purchase and a refund is approved, MUSE may issue a new eGift Card, marked as a “return card”, for the value of the returned item. This return card will carry the same usage rules and expiry date as the original MUSE eGift Card, unless stated otherwise. The return card will be sent to the registered email address.
• MUSE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Additionally, MUSE may suspend or restrict the use of eGift Cards, or make changes to the eGift Card program, including its features and availability. MUSE also reserves the right to refuse issuance or redemption of an eGift Card if there is a justified reason to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud or unlawful activity, breach of these Terms, use of expired or invalid eGift Cards, technical or operational errors, regulatory or legal restrictions, or misuse of promotions or loyalty programs.

• Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
