How To Use

• Select the "Pay with Loyalty Program" tab in the payment section.
• Select your bank or loyalty program from the list.
• Use the "e-card number" provided by your loyalty program, then click the "Redeem" button.
• Your e-card balance will be displayed and fully redeemed once you complete the payment process.
• Customers can use more than one gift card in a single purchase/order.

• The eGift Card (eXtra eGift) is valid until the expiry date mentioned on the card.

• You can use the credit/debit card associated with your Apple Pay account to complete the order.
• Apple Pay cannot be used as a split payment method on our website.
• This card is valid for one-time use only for the full amount and cannot be partially redeemed. The full amount must be used in a single transaction, and no cashback or refund will be provided for any unused difference.
• The eGift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than its face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account.
• The eGift Card owner is solely responsible for protecting the card and PIN from any unauthorized use.
• If a customer makes an online purchase and then submits an online cancellation request, the entire invoice must be returned, not partially, in accordance with eXtra's return and exchange policy, and the customer will receive their gift card back after the cancellation.
• When canceling an online order through customer service, the customer must visit the nearest store to receive an eXtra gift card for the same value as the canceled eGift Card.
• The eGift Card cannot be returned to any eXtra store if the customer wishes to return purchased products. The value paid by the card will be returned as a voucher to be used at eXtra stores only, in accordance with the return and exchange policy.
• eXtra has the right to refuse the eXtra eGift Card if the code has already been used.
• Once issued, eGift Cards cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended, or refunded and are subject to the merchant's terms and conditions.
• eXtra will not be responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without the customer's permission.
