• When making a purchase, the purchase amount will be deducted from the available balance on the card.
• If the purchase amount is less than the card balance, you can use the remaining balance for future purchases.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
• You can check your card balance by visiting: https://giftcards.experience-muse.com/, or by visiting any participating MUSE store in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Terms &Conditions:

• The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of Purchase.
• The card can only be used within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and cannot be used outside the country of issuance.
• The card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
• Balances from multiple Gift Cards cannot be merged, transferred, or consolidated.
• No cash change will be provided for any remaining balance when using the card.
• The full balance must be used before the card expires, and the validity period cannot be extended.
• After the card expires, it will be deactivated and any unused balance will be forfeited.
• Refunds and exchanges are subject to the respective store's refund and exchange policy.
• MUSE is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without the cardholder's permission.
• MUSE reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions or suspend or restrict the use of the card when necessary for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
