• Alshaya eGift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• STARBUCKS Gift Card is a participating brand of Alshaya Group.
• The Alshaya eGift Cards are redeemable in stores across Alshaya participating Brands except for The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, Texas Roadhouse.

• Alshaya eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash fully or partially.
• Only one eGift Card can be redeemed in a single invoice.
• Alshaya eGift Card is partially redeemable. If an item is purchased using an Alshaya eGift Card, the remaining balance and validity date will be presented on the receipt. This information can be provided by the Alshaya Customer Service Department 800-4414440, or by simply presenting the eGift Card to the store cashier. Balance enquiries and partial redemptions are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
• Should the purchase amount exceed the balance of the eGift Card, the remaining due amount should be paid by the customer who redeems the eGift Card.
• No replacement, compensation, is permissible or payable for lost eGift Card.
• Mutilated or defaced eGift Card will not be honored.
• Alshaya eGift Card is governed by the Alshaya Group's Terms & Conditions in force from time to time.
• To successfully redeem the eGift Cards, please scan the card on a white or light background.
• eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
